What we believe.
Dignity
Every person behind a report or a ban is a human being with a life outside your server. Moderation should feel like a decision made by people who considered the human involved; not an automated verdict from a system that never knew they existed. People are not log entries.
Autonomy
Atria exists to strengthen human judgment, not replace it. Administrators make the decisions; our tools make those decisions better informed. AI assists. Humans decide. That line doesn't move.
Fairness
We actively look for ways our systems could treat people unequally and we fix them. The smallest server on our platform deserves the same quality of service as the largest.
Accountability
When our tools contribute to a wrong outcome, we don't hide behind terms of service. We take responsibility, explain what happened, and fix it.
Privacy
Your data belongs to you. Atria collects only what our services strictly require. We use analytics to understand how our platform performs and improves; never to profile your community or sell your information. What we collect, why we collect it, and how it's used is always documented and available. We'll never sell your data.
Transparency
We build in the open. Our code, our funding, our decisions; none of it is hidden. When something goes wrong, we say so clearly and quickly. Silence is a form of dishonesty we refuse.
